State Work Group on Energy Efficiency in the Built Environment to Meet May 8

The Built Environment Efficiency Working Group (BEEWG) is an interagency group focused on implementing the directives in Executive Order 17-20, Accelerating Efficiency in Oregon’s Built Environment to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Address Climate Change. One element of EO 17-20 is the adoption of a cost analysis tool that can be used by agencies to evaluate directives in the EO.

The BEEWG will hold a public meeting on May 8 in Salem to gather public input on this cost analysis tool as it relates to the EO. The working group is interested in discussion of frameworks, protocols, variables, and other elements of cost analyses that are used by stakeholders.
