Oregon Global Warming Commission to Meet February 1

SALEM — The Oregon Global Warming Commission will meet Wednesday, February 1, 2017. The public meeting will be held from 8:30 – 10:00 am in the Oregon Room at Two World Trade Center, 25 SW Salmon St. in Portland.

At the meeting, the Commission will discuss the upcoming biennial report to the Oregon Legislature.

The Oregon Global Warming Commission is a 25-member advisory group created by the 2007 Legislature through House Bill 3543. Members were appointed and directed to develop long-term policy recommendations to prepare for, adapt to, and combat global warming.
